Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, return it with your order number. Upon confirming the issue, we'll promptly dispatch a replacement.
Exchange Policy
We don't offer refunds but allow size exchanges under these conditions:

Request within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange with transportation fees.

Ship the product to our address (provided upon acknowledgment).

Cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Include your name, address, email, and desired size in the parcel.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Unused, unworn, undamaged, with labels/tags intact in original packaging.

Request a size exchange within 48 hours. If the size is unavailable, receive a credit note.
Non-Acceptance of Exchanges
- Exchanges not accepted for dissatisfaction with material or color.

- 10-12% color difference may occur.
- No exchanges for washed or worn products.
- SALE section products not eligible for returns or exchanges.
